  • Registration fee includes attendance to scientific program, stand area, congress documents (badge, program, conference summary book, attendance certificate) and congress bag.

  • All participants (Participant, Company Represantative) should be paid registration fee to participate for the Congress.
  • Registration fees will be increase on 23rd February, 2025. You could make your registration for the Congress by discounted fees until 23rd February, 2025 at 17:00 . After this date you could make your registration by increased fees.
  • Registration fees will be paid for the Turkish Association for Psychopharmacology Account.
  • 20% VAT is not included to registration fee.
Registration Cancellation and Return Policy
  • Requests and changes regarding registration must be notified in writing to the organization secretariat.
  • For cancellations received as of 23rd February, 2025 fee will be refunded in full.
  • For cancellations received as of 23rd March, 2025 fee will be refunded at a rate of 50%.
  • There will be no cancellation after 23rd March, 2025 and only change in the name will be accepted.

  • The package prices including ‘all inclusive consept’ and check-in 23rd April 2025 / check-out 26th April 2025, 3 nights hotel accommodation in Sueno Deluxe Belek or Seuno Golf Belek or Granada Luxury Belek.
  • %10 VAT will be added for the package fees.
  • The all inclusive system includes open buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, minibar and lobby bar. (Breakfast on check-in date, lunch on check-out date is not included for all inclusive system.)
  • Participants who will not stay at the congress hotel are required to fill in the external participation form below. All the above hotels are congress hotels. No external participation fee will be charged for these hotels
  • There will be a free shuttle service for participants who make their accommodation reservations through Burkon Turizm. Service hours will be announced on our website later.
  • Participants staying at Sueno Golf Belek and Granada Luxury Belek can also have their lunch & dinner at Sueno Deluxe Belek

External Participation
The Participants who will stay at the Congress Hotel shall not pay an External Participation Fee.

Meaning and Scope of External Participation
  • 20% VAT is not included to External Participation fee.
  • As required by the hotel concept, the participants who will not stay at the congress hotel are considered external participants. External participants are required to pay an external participation fee daily. The external participation fee is not related to any association or agency. As the hotels in the region are big facilities and as they also have their own guests, they demand this fee. The daily usage fee must be paid to Burkon before the congress.
  • External participants from 09:00 to 18:00 will be able to have lunch.
  • External participants from 09:00 to 23:00 will be able to have lunch and dinner.
  • Depending on the participation time, the participation fee will not include the services except from lunch, dinner and complimentary foods and drinks served during the meetings.
Transfer Fees

  • Transfer fees includes mass transportation between Antalya Airport and Congress Hotel.
  • Participants who make their accommodation reservation at the congress hotel On April 23, 2025, the Airport-Congress Hotel and Congress Hotel on 26 April 2025 - Airport transfers It will be done for 70 Euro + VAT
  • %20 VAT will be added for the transfer fees.
